Cancellation Policy

*** PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY *** 💳 Payment Policy – Secure Your Booking with MC OGEE To confirm your event date, we require the following payment terms: 🔹 Deposit Requirement A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Payments can be made via: ✅ Zelle: 929-331-8560 ✅ CashApp: 929-331-8560 ✅ PayPal: Jeevince.va@gmail.com 🔹 Remaining Balance The remaining 60% balance is due on the day of the event before services begin. Payments can be completed using Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, or cash (if arranged in advance). 🔹 Important Notes Failure to complete the final payment before the event starts may result in cancellation of services with no refunds. Clients will receive a payment confirmation receipt for all transactions. *** 📜 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy *** 🔹 Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel up to 14 days (2 weeks) before the event for a full refund of any deposit or payment made. Cancellations less than 14 days before the event incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. 🔹 Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule up to 14 days in advance without penalty. Rescheduling within 14 days is subject to availability and a 20% rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is not allowed within 7 days of the event and follows the cancellation policy. 🔹 Important Notes All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email at Info@mcogee.com.
